HomeoPULSE is multi- dimensional software, in one dimension it's an efficient and advanced case taking software and in the other dimension it effectively and precisely manages your practice and clinic(s). The software is adaptable for a single doctor clinic, multiple doctor clinic, clinic with supporting staff and for a doctor practicing in multiple clinics. It is a smart way of practicing eliminating all paper works.
How do I get support in case of any errors or problems?
We are always online to help you whenever you face a problem. Our support person will be online during the office time and you can discuss the issue with us through chat services. Or you can send emails reporting the problem you are facing or call directly to the support number provided. We can fix any problems in the online model with out any delay from our office itself. If you are using an offline model then we will instruct you to overcome the problem, and if needed our support person will visit your clinic.
What are the advantages of online model?
There are many advantages for HomeoPULSE online model.
a. You can manage your clinics from any where in the world where there is internet connection.
b. You can access your patient cases from any where in the world where there is internet connection.
c. You can do online consultation, if the feature is enabled.
d. Easy support from the company. You don't have to wait for the support person coming in your doorstep. Just submit a support ticket, and it will be rectified from our office itself. Fast and economical.
e. Can integrate the software with your personal website. f. Easy access to software updates.
Is there any disadvantage to the online model?
It will work only if you have internet connection; if connection fails you will not be able to access data. The solution is going for multi-model - Offline + Online model. So you can enjoy the advantages of both models.
I do not have internet connectivity. Can I use HomeoPULSE?
Yes, HomeoPULSE is developed in a way to work both online and offline modes. If you do not have internet connection you can opt offline mode. All the features are same in offline and online modes. The advantage of online mode is the accessibility of data from anywhere in the world.
Can I integrate HomeoPULSE with my personal website?
Yes, HomeoPULSE can be integrated with your personal website. But the technology used to develop your website and its hosting plan should compatible with HomeoPULSE. Our support team will do the necessary updates in your website to incorporate HomeoPULSE with your website.

Incase you do not have a personal website right now and wish to have one your own, we will help you to design and develop a site that suits your needs. You can even start online consultation to the patients from all over the world.
I have a clinic with multiple doctors practicing at same time. Can I use HomeoPULSE in my clinic?
Yes, it not a matter the number of doctors or other staff like receptionist, pharmacist, accountant etc. All can use the software at a time from networked or internet connected computers.
I am a doctor practicing in different clinics at various locations. Which mode should I choose?
Yes, you can either select HomeoPULSE online mode or HomeoPULSE offline mode based on your infrastructure and connectivity.

Option A - HomeoPULSE online mode. You need to have internet connection wherever you are practicing. You may have wired internet connection in all of your clinics or you will have an internet data card that you can carry with you and connect with your computer/laptop wherever you are practicing.

Option B - HomeoPULSE offline mode. Either install the software in you laptop and carry it with you to all your clinics or install the software in computers that you use in each clinic.
How can I take my data back up?
You can take back up of your data whenever you need and keep it either in a folder in your system or in an external device.
